This is How I Roll 2
What a day oh what a day!!! I get up at 445am......Yes, ladies and gents Becca can get up at 445 am....Amazing, go sing it out! With all that as I got up I went to the shower. House as quiet as can be I think AWWW pure bliss.....As I stand in the hot shower trying to wake up all of the sudden I hear talking. Low and behold guess who it is YEP Cameron up and ready to go......"I came in to go to the bathroom Mom"...."okay Cam go potty and get back to bed" well 5 min later "goodnight Mom I will see you in two hours".....Well those who know me well we have a very special Cameron rule in our home and that is he can not get up until 700am otherwise I very well could be getting up at 5 every morning...Not good for me and does not make me a good mommy at all. Cameron is our talker much like me most would say. Same circumstance as me as well. Cameron was 3 before he started talking and we had his tonsils and adenoids taken out......BOOM like magic all the sudden he talked and has never quit...Me I didn’t talk till I was 3 and I just started one day and never quiet since.
Well there you have it never a dull moment for me....I think can get up and take a 445 am shower in absolute peace...WRONG....Seems I cant ever take one shower with out Mike or one of the children interrupting me. You wouldn’t believe that there are 4 yes 4 bathrooms in the house you would think mine is the only one.....IT IS WHAT IT IS!!!
I get done in the shower and got to meet 2 of my most favorite peeps in the world for our every Friday breakfast and as always that goes smooth....I get home at 700 to Brandon, Tyler and a friend Nathan up and playing Xbox....whew summer and up before 7 hmmmmmmm. Well we talk about breakfast and Brandon has it set for eggs and Grits. I told him we will let his Dad sleep a little longer and he would make it since they had this discussion the night before. Now mind in this last story you notice now Cameron nor Courtney are up...hmmmm again 730.....nope still not up.....750 nope still not up......Now let me refresh I get one day a week to sleep in and that’s Sat. but it is summer right we have no need to get up. Never fails on Friday as Mike is sleeping in those two sleep in late. Every other day I am begging to get to 700am........Well 800 rolls and I wake up Mike and tell him I need to head over to the church and have a meeting. I go to the living room and BAM the power goes out........MAN what now. The boys that know everything because they are 13 are now trying hard to tell me that it is a breaker....NOPE sorry boys the power is out. We are definitely cereal eaters in this house however I was heading to Costco somewhere in my day today and I had enough cereal for two bowls......Finally I get the bagels out of the freezer start the Barbeque wrap them in foil and defrost them. What other choice did I have? Besides getting into all the camping stuff and cooking on that stove. Was not happening. I left them with no power and went to my lil meeting. After my meeting came home to power and a living room filled with all boys playing X-box...........This is all by 1100 am....Now I have to stop because I know so much more happened but now we are almost a week later and I cant recall. This is how I roll!
