High Sea's Conclusion

Well the time has come and gone and we had to say goodbye…….BUT not before we had some fun, fun, fun! The morning started as usual getting my room ready and preparing for story. Today we went on an adventure to learn about the “church” as a “community”…….My kids were excited to learn that in the bible days they went to church everyday. Some might have thought that was a little silly. The adventure was basically a lesson on sharing too they got to share some crackers and some stickers…..how fun is that?

VBS is over for the preschool but I had to go get one last dose on the club 56 VBS so we went back at 400.….. Just a little early to hang and see what’s up….got a lot of cleaning done in that time as well. So pretty much we cleaned the whole night but I did go to closing and we sang some songs and then the kiddos got to write a letter to the Musana (sp?) Orphanage that we were donating all the money to from the kids this week….They did change for change. The orphanage just built a new boys dorm so the money is going to bunk beds and bedding…..That is so AWESOME!!! In closing we listened to a really obnoxious, totally outrageous, heavy medal, head rocking bangin Christian song………oh did I mention it was so COOL!!!! We prayed, and done, gone just like that…….WHAT its over…….As exhausted as I am, I cant believe that it is over just like that……I will surely miss VBS and our High Sea’s Expeditions!
